For homeowners
Where do you launch?
We're launching first in Irvine and nearby cities in Orange County.
What if my pro doesn't show up?
You see your pro's status in the app: on the way, arrived. If something goes off track, our coordinator steps in. If no pro accepts your request, a person on our team finds you one.
Can the price change once work starts?
Not without you. If your pro finds more work, they send a new price in the app. You approve it or decline it. Decline, and the agreed price stays.
What if the work isn't right?
You review the before/after photos before you confirm the job is done, and you have 48 hours to report a problem. Report it from the job with a photo. A real person on our team reviews the agreed price and the photos, hears from your pro, and works out the next step with you.
Will I get a flood of calls?
No. Your request goes to one pro at a time, never to a crowd, and only the pro who accepts sees your address.
What if I decide not to fix it?
Diagnostics are free. You approve the price before any work starts.
How do I pay?
You and your pro agree on how to settle.

Do you take a cut of my work?
No. BEVA charges 0% commission — a flat fee, never a % of your work. During our founding beta there's no fee at all.
How much does BEVA cost pros?
Nothing during the founding beta. After that, a flat $5 per completed job, and your first 10 jobs are free. Tips are always 100% yours.
When do I get my review?
When the job closes. Your client answers the High Five in the same step they confirm the job is done, so you never have to ask for it.
Do I pay for leads?
Never. Getting a request, accepting it or passing on it costs nothing. The only fee is the flat Verified Job Fee on a completed job, and there's none during the founding beta.
Are there any other fees?
If your client pays by card, the card processor's fee is passed through at cost and shown on its own line. Cash jobs have no processing fee. Placement can't be bought.
